Hud Repos
The U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), helps to
facilitate and improve the acquisition of housing for millions of U.S.
citizens. Certain homes are designated as HUD homes and have a cheaper
price/rent attached to ownership/leasing. If you live in a HUD home and
are unable to pay your mortgage payment, the lender can repossess your
home just as they would any other home. The rules associated with HUD
foreclosures vary by state.
