 These guys have to be the worst REO third party management company out there. They take two weeks to execute a contract, and when they want something from a buyer, the buyer has to next day air mail it to them. Nobody there can ever really give any straight answers to any questions you ask them and they are unaware of proper protocol and etiquette in the different states they do real estate business in.
