For those of you that don’t know what it means to wholesale a property
it’s simply when you put a house under contract and either assign the
contract to an investor/rehabber for a small profit or sell the property
to another investor/rehabber under market value and make a profit.
Most of these REO properties will need fixing up and repairs. The idea
is to “flip” the property to an investor/rehabber under market value and
let them spend the money to fix it up.
